  • If you’re having trouble logging in and need to reset your password, click “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the login box that comes up when you click “Login”.

    If you don’t see that option, first click “Not you? Sign out” — then “Forgot Password?” will appear.

  • Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers

  • If you use a saved shortcut or bookmark that takes you directly to the members’ section, you will usually stay signed in and can access the site without logging in again.

    If you enter through the public website, you will probably be asked to log in again.. This can happen on both computers and phones.

    For the smoothest experience, we recommend creating a shortcut to the members’ page on your home screen (phone) or saving it as a bookmark (computer).

  • If you would like to log out, it isn’t obvious. Here are the steps:

    • Click the BCA logo in the upper left corner

    • Look to the top-right - Click on "member pages"

    • You will see "Digital products" and "BCA Member pages": Click the black "account settings" button (bottom right)

    • Click "sign out" at the top under your name
